Conservation entity

Polígono Industrial de Granadilla has a Conservation Entity created to comply with the regulations derived from the Urban Planning that regulates this area. The Entity is made up of all the owners of plots of land within the boundaries of Polígono, who collaborate according to the participation coefficient assigned to them by the bylaws. Entidad de Conservación creada para cumplir la Reglamentación derivada del Planeamiento Urbanístico que ordena este ámbito. La Entidad está integrada por todos los propietarios de parcelas en la delimitación del Polígono quienes colaboran en función del coeficiente de participación que tienen asignado estatutariamente.

The Entity fulfills a complementary function to the conservation and maintenance tasks that are the responsibility of the municipality or, as the case may be, of those companies that are in charge of the operation of certain public service networks. The services provided by the ECPG are, at present, the following:

● Surveillance.

● Gardening and irrigation.

● Street cleaning and maintenance.

The ECPG is not responsible for the maintenance of street lighting, electricity, water supply and sanitation, telecommunications and gas.
